      第八届电子商务与电子政务管理国际会议(ICMeCG2014)为来自世界各地电子商务和电子政务领域的研究人员、应用人员和政策制定者提供一个展示研究成果和开发活动的高质量交流平台。它旨在汇集学术界和业界的学者、专家共同探索相关领域的最新研究前沿，强调跨学科研究、创新性举措、方案和方法，使得互联网成为新型电子化社会的有效工具。ICMeCG2014将于2014年10月31日至11月2日在中国上海召开，由上海对外经贸大学、江西财经大学、中央财经大学和上海金融学院联合主办。

      论文出版
      所有ICMeCG2014录用论文都将收录于IEEE计算机学会出版的会议论文集。该会议论文集将提交至IEEE Xplore数字图书馆，并被EI和INSPEC索引。
此外，优秀论文将被邀请提交扩充版本在SCI或EI索引的期刊上出版。SCI期刊包括Applied Research and Technology(JART)、International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making(IJITD)、Enterprise Information Systems(EIS)等。EI期刊包括Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management(JIEM)、Journal of Computing and Information Technology(JCIT)、Journal of Electronic Commerce in Organizations(JECO)、Journal of Information Technology Research(JITR)等。
      论文提交
      投稿论文不得已经发表或一稿多投。为保证被录用论文能被会议论文集收录，要求每篇论文至少有一位作者注册且到会报告。
投稿论文不得少于4页或超过8页 (规格：8.5" x 11"，IEEE两列模板)。作者应通过ICMeCG2014电子提交系统提交论文。

      The 8th International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government (ICMeCG2014) provides a high quality platform for researchers, practitioners, and policy makers from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in e-Commerce and e-Government. It aims to bring together academics and practitioners to explore new frontiers of these areas - with emphasis on cross-disciplinary research, innovative initiatives, solutions and approaches to making the Internet a productive and efficient alternative for the new e-Society. ICMeCG2014 will be held during Oct. 31~Nov. 2, 2014, Shanghai, China, and be co-hosted by Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics, and Shanghai Finance University.

      Paper publication
      All accepted papers of ICMeCG2014 will be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and for indexing to EI and INSPEC.

      Also, excellent papers will be invited to submit expanded versions for possible publication in the journals indexed by SCI or EI. The SCI journals include Applied Research and Technology(JART), International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making(IJITD), Enterprise Information Systems(EIS), etc. The EI journals include Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management(JIEM), Journal of Computing and Information Technology(JCIT), Journal of Electronic Commerce in Organizations(JECO), Journal of Information Technology Research(JITR), etc.

      Paper submission
      Submissions must not be published or submitted to another conference or journals. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full participant of the conference for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Each accepted paper must be presented in person by (one of) the author(s).
 
      Full papers should not be less than 4 pages or more than 8 pages (with size 8.5" x 11"), using the IEEE two-column template. Authors should submit their paper via the electronic submission system of ICMeCG2014.
